Squad Up is Metabolic’s short, high-impact January referral promotion. New sign ups must occur within the window of January 5 – January 23. So plan ahead, grab a friend, and take advantage.
To keep everything smooth and automatic:
Referred friend must join on an Annual Non-Peak contract
Both people must have an active credit card on file
Current member must sign the Waiver
Without a credit card on file, the membership defaults to the standard Annual Non-Peak contract.
If you’re a Peak Member, you can participate too.
When your friend joins on an Annual Non-Peak Membership,
your temporary Squad Up rate is $170/4 weeks during the promo window.
Your friend still receives the $110/4 weeks Annual Non-Peak rate.
This is the only scenario where peak pricing adjusts. Your partner cannot sign up for a peak membership.
The Squad Up promotional period ends for everyone on January 23, 2026.
What happens next depends on who stays:
If you stay and your referred friend stays:
You’ll both move into the standard rate structure that applies to you.
If your referred friend cancels at any time:
Your rate returns immediately to your pre-promo pricing.
If you leave but your referred friend stays:
Your friend keeps the $110 rate for one full year from their start date.
After that, they transition into the current Metabolic rate structure.
These rules are designed to reward real referrals and long-term commitment.

Referred friends must enroll on Annual Non-Peak, complete checkout with a credit card on file, and current members must sign the Smart Waiver for rate adjustments to apply. If the referred friend cancels at any time, the referring member’s rate reverts to pre-promo pricing. If the referring member resigns but the referred friend stays, the referred friend keeps $110/4 weeks for one year from their start date before moving to the current rate structure. No late adjustments after Jan 23, 2026.
